Black Teams - National Level
BLACK TEAMS 6-month season (November-June)
The Black Team represents the highest level of competition within Rise Elite and is intended for athletes who are committed to taking their volleyball journey to the next level. This program is designed for experienced players who are motivated to challenge themselves through advanced training, high-level competition, and a greater commitment to their development as athletes. Practices are more demanding, with an increased focus on technique, strategy, physical preparedness, and team performance.
Athletes on the Black Team should be prepared for a competitive environment that requires dedication, accountability, and a strong work ethic. The team will compete primarily in USAV events and may have opportunities for out-of-state travel when fundraising and scheduling allow. This level is designed to prepare athletes for success at the highest levels available to them while fostering a passion for the game that extends beyond the season.

As a coach, I believe teamwork is the foundation of success. Skills can always be developed, but character, respect, and accountability on and off the court matter most. I will always give 100%, and i expect the same commitment from every player. My goal is for each athlete to improve by 1% every practice by staying disciplined, embracing our team culture, and giving their best effort.
